Carby b3, Thermo fan switch part numbers ?

Guys, Just after the part numbers for the thermo fan switch for a carby 1989 121 .
I have been getting conflicting results.

The top one seems to be a tridon tfs136. But still unsure.

The thermo is now always on with the ignition on. It has been Like that for a while.
But not all the time since a bought the car 6 months ago. So its not a wiring bodge as far as I know.

If anyone has any ideas that its not the brass switch sender thing , any input would be appreciated.

the sensor (switch) in the T-stat housing is Mazda part #BJ01 18 840.
