  • Bent Bumper Bar

So my little brothers car was originally towed behind an RV but it looks like the tow bar broke at some point and the Festiva ran into the back of the RV or something of the sort because the Front bumper bar is bent in the center a good bit (enough to make it bend the hood release braket that runs from top to botton) and pushed upwards some. So my question is would it be better to try to tie a chain to the center and bend it back or source a new one from somewhere? I haven't seen a whole lot of Festiva's in Junkyards around here lately and Im not sure how hard they are to get off. Any Suggestions?

I replaced mine years ago before I had the manual or website. Easy to figure out. It's just a simple steel box beam. As I recall it was about $75 new but that was some time ago.
