    Does anybody get it when u push the brakes at a stop and the idle drops? Its like the lights suck too much power.

    I believe that's because of the load the brake booster puts on the vaccum system, but I'm probably wrong. Let's hear what the more educated people have to say.

      Its both, actually. The booster being applied causes a pressure change in the intake, slowing down the incoming air and fuel, but it should recover from that right away. Second, our alternators are not very strong, and the 1157 bulbs pull 2.5 amps each on the stop filament, just under 1 amp on the tail filament, plus any other electrical loads. Check your battery. I've found that older batteries tend to load the alt more, because they are getting weak. Mine stopped dropping idle speed after replacing the batt.

      Also, we could start a new reality show..... everyone just start their cars and let them run...... we could call it......... are you ready for.......
