After doing a lot of searching and reading I FINALLY got some new 'accordions' for my '93 manual rack.
I've read where Honda boots, Aspire boots, etc. have been used but for some reason the dimensions weren't jiving with what I was coming up with. Along with i had a pair of Aspire manual boots and the big end was no where close (hotdog down a hallway).
After going to the Russian parts breakdown, copying the boot number, and pasting into 'google' I got an answer which satisfied me.
Turns out the boots for a '93 323 were the right I.D. on both ends and also the correct length.
Moog # K80156 is what I ended up with.
