The plate that allows you to mount the wheel cylinder and shoes... Gets sandwiched between the spindle and rear beam.
      Trees aren't kind to me...

Four Green for the rear plates.

        -----------------
I am just about ready to replace my front dust shields which I bought for cheap from Four Green.
I am only waiting for my new drilled and slotted auto Aspire rotors to arrive. I have just finished painting the proper hand 22V wide slot caliper casting to accept the thicker auto rotor. My taper tap has arrived to clean out the remainder of the rotor retaining screw which I had to drill out. I will take some pictures when the fronts are all assembled.

Oh, thanks, isn't that the same as the brake drum?

Nope, like festy said, it is the plate behind the spindle that the shoes and cylinder mounts to. The brake drum goes on the spindle and fits over the brake shoes.

Is it my imagination or are these extremely rusty? I don't see much of it here in New Mexico.
'88 Festiva LX 5 speed, A/C, Carb, restored $$$ body paint, badly wrecked @ 200k.
'93 Festiva L, 5 speed, Aqua, bought from the original owner,.Zero rust but very nasty otherwise. Awaits the B6T.
'91 Festiva L, 5 speed, bought to drive while putting the B6T in the '93. now B6ME powered.

Not you're imagination, those eBay pieces are junk. The inner dust shield is completely missing on both.
