  • Heat out of defrost vent only...?

So since it was cold this morning I decided to run my heat for the first time, no luck. Switched the vent to inside air only and still no heat. Turned it on defrost and got some decent heat. Pretty warm heat might I add...
Anyway, anybody know why I can't get any heat out of the head vents? I drove for about 20 miles and it never got warm, just blew hard with the temperature of outside air.

Only air that comes out of head vents is A/C and cabin air or fan air.

Kind of a funny story too. I bought one festiva to drive and an old man my friend knows offered to give me 2 more. So my friend took me to meet the guy and we drug two festivas out of his back yard...so I gained three festivas in a week's time.
