No spark or fuel

Motor turns over but not getting spark or fuel on a 93 efi.All fuses inside good.Power coming out of block under hood.Cleaned grounds.I have replaced fuel cut off switch, icm,computer,distributor,Maf box from running vehicle.
Thinking about swapping out engine wiring harness,ignition wiring harness.Are there any sensors i should be looking at?

Main relay. It controls injectors and spark.
It's overy by the over flow tank mounted with a single 10mm nut.

Yeah Main Relay and the Main Fusible Link would be my first guess if you are missing Fuel & Spark.

Had already replace it with,Did that again.No go.It isnt pumping fuel to the injectors or getting spark.I assume no power to fuel pump.I did initially have a fuse blown in what is marked room.Replaced that before swapping parts.It hasnt reblown.I think i might have a broken or fried off wire somewhere.There is one more sensor up near the computer under the dash i might try.

Fusible links are good.Always my first go to.

Do you have a MultiMeter so you can check to see if you are getting voltage to the Fuel Pump and the Ignition Coil?

Yes but i have used them so little and so long ago i have forgotten how to use it.Time to relearn.

Getting power to ignition coil and icm and main relay.Don't seem to be getting power to maf box.

Ok so next is to see if there's power to the injectors (constant 12v with key on).
