Rear wiper nozzle

Ok I'm new to rear wipers on festivas. When the wiper is going, should moving the control arm to engage the nozzle (just like you would do for the front windshield) activate the rear nozzle? If so any ideas where I should start troubleshooting? Rear wiper works fine but can't get the sprayer to well, spray

Is there fluid in the rear? And can you hear the pump go when you push the rocker switch far enough to activate it?

Yes fluid in the rear. Is there supposed to be a separate rocker switch for the rear nozzle? The only rocker switch I see is for the actual wiper arm activation

Push the rocker switch in a little further, until the rear washer pump motor makes some noise, just like the Venga Boyz.

Haha crap, well there was no problem works fine I'm just an idiot and didn't realize the rocker could go farther. Thanks for the help
