You cna let the car idle all day it will be good.

So if the car just sits ,it will idle all day with no problem.
When you drive it happens , so when things move wires move , I would check all your grounds ,and look where the harness runs thru the firewall , Did you replace your fusible links with plug in fuses?
What fuse link is blowing ,left ,right ,or middle one ?

to be 100% I dont know which one is blowing.

its driver side under the hood. the fuse box furtest to the front end of the car

fuses are wire fuses not boxed fuses

OK so which one blows ,there should be 3 in that box , left , center and right one . That may help determine which area is affected .

The 3 fusible links should be labeled on the fuse block. The head fuse is for the headlights, the EGI is for the fuel injection, and the main is for everything else. This is the fuse block located on the left strut tower ?
How come you put all new fuses in it during super tune? Were they blown prior?
