I have a 91 festiva and having a hard time finding a rear spindle. Anybody know who carries it or if there is a different model car that can cross over? The spindle nut is stripped and won’t come off. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

Which side? Do you know that the passenger side is left hand? That means it is opposite of right hand (obviously) in other words it turns clockwise to loosen.'88 Festiva LX 5 speed, A/C, Carb, restored $$$ body paint, badly wrecked @ 200k.

Stripping the treads on the rear pasenger side is all too common. Even "trained" mechanics do it. If it's the just nut it can be cut off but usually that's not the case. The first place to look would be a wrecker's yard.
