Does anybody know what code 18 means? Or can direct me to a code chart? Thanks! Btw it’s a 91 festiva.

The manual does not show a code 18 For a 91 EFI. Code 17 is for the oxygen sensor.

That code warns you the check engine light is malfunctioning.

Possibly, that is a code 1 and a code 8 ? I have no idea what a 1 would be, but an 8 is for the VAF. It should be something like 1.5 seconds between flashes for the second part of the same code, and about 4 seconds between flashes for the next code - for a MECS system.
