Putting new pads on my 88 tiva. Where do these clips go?

I pulled the caliper off and these two clips in the photo fell to the ground and I can't see where they went. Any help will be appreciated.

The anti-squeak caps go on both ends of the steering knuckle slot where the caliper slides into.

One on each side of the bottom then? Appreciate the info.

Near the bolt holes. One on top and one on the bottom.
The cap grippers point away from the caliper. They are a loose fit.
You will probably have to hold the top one with your finger so that it doesn't fall down before you slide the caliper into position.
