      New guy here, spent a day lookinf for the relay in the car, 3 days on the net looking for a schematic. Google Festiva Forums, found you guys, makeing the repair of the non working horn easier. Thanks

          Check the contacts on the horn pad push buttons. They build up crud and make poor/intermittent contact.

            Yes that is why when your laying on your brakes and the horn at the same time you can pop your fuse and loose your brake lights - happened to me before - got pulled over for not stopping at a stop sign because the officer never saw my brake lights

              my 91 GL only has 1, so i agree that just the LX's have dual horns.
