Is there a "trick" to removing the crankshaft pulley on cars with AC? I can get it loose and move it around, but there doesn't seem to be room between the end of the engine and the sheet metal of the engine compartment to remove the pulleys.

Also, are the two screws necessary? It seems like the 4 bolts would adequately hold the pulleys.

    Thanks.

dint know if you got it yet but to get mine off what i did was loosen the motor mount where it bolts to the passenger fender. Then using a pry bar i pushed the engine over toward the drivers side and that made enough room to slip it between the crank and the sheet metal.
