  • speed meter will not read speed

    my 90 festiva will not read the mph on the meter, they tell me its a plug or a senor on the shift cable, it is a auto tranny and it just got rebuild like today and i need it. thank for the help guy

    to me, it sounds like you need a new speedo cable, i could be wrong so get it checked first before buying new parts

      Make sure the speedo cable is plugged in on the transmission. If it is then you need to check the back of the speedo cluster.
