anyone know why a lot of these aspire parts have a mistsubishi star (the red thing seen below

    on them?

    if its a mazda engine....
on the throttle body there is this "star" cast in the metal, and it is on several sensors... no mitsubishi word but this "mark" is a mitsubishii mark.
the egr boost sensor has it printed , in red, on the tag stuck to it.

any input? these parts might be available cheaper thru mitsubishi?

Mitsubishi makes alot of electronic parts for everybody. I work at a parts store, I know. Starters, alternators, sensors, you name it. The carbed festivas have alot of sensors on the firewall that are all made by Mitsubishi. Sorta like Honda makes way more than just cars, Mitsubishi makes more than just cars, they make alot of electrical items.
