coolant drain

Is there, and if so, where is the block coolant drain plug on a '91 1.3L FI 5-spd Festy? I searched the repair forum and couldn't find any info re above.

thats because there isn't any.You could take out all the freeze plugs and turn the car pointing north to the sky so the coolant rushes out of them, or you could put a garden hose in the top radiator hose and let the crap flow out of the bottom radiator hose. In a catch pan
