Tilt steering add, question

I got a tilt column from ebay, but the upper shroud didnt come with it, the question, is the upper column, plastic with the wheel and wiper/lights part, is it the same on tilt and non-tilt? Can I just change the column between the wheel and the rack, or is there a different upper column?

It's different. So is the instrument cluster surround. I pulled the entire interior out of a tilt column car except the column for the BP car. I had to do a little bit of modification to the top column cover.

Thanks, at least the hard part is here, the other stuff is easier to pull at the junkyard.
