New to the Festiva, need engine swap help

Hello all. I was just GIVEN and '88 Festiva that doesn't run. Suspect it's a timing belt but was told that it uses a lot of oil. Considering what I'm NOT paying for it, I should just swap out the questionable motor for a newer one.

Here's my question - What motor(s) can I use as a donor that will be an exact match or close with little modifications? I'm a gearhead with two street rods, but don't want this to turn into a big deal. I took the car for the mileage box that it is. I'm bringing it home Saturday and want to get moving as soon as I can.

Currently the car has 180K miles on it. It's got the carbed 1.3L with a 5-speed.

dude, put a belt on it first and see what happens. i got mine the same way. main jets in the carb were plugged. cleaned the carb and it started right up. 150k on it right now. i've got a grand total of $173 in it with a few other things to get through inspection.
