    1993 gl

    a person at the junkyard told me that the alternator on the festivas have different plug ends in them. is this true?

    Yes but I have been able to hook up what is the same and just leave the different ones dangle and everything has working fine.

        The high power line will hook up, it's just a screw on spade thing. There is another plug that is different in different models, and I don't think it's necessary.

        My 93 and 91 have the same plug. Maybe it's the carbed festivas that are different?

          Yes, dangle.

          That way if you ever change back to the origional hook up everything is there.
