cool air intake

i have a 1992 ford festiva LX and i was wondering what the best way is to hook up a cool air intake. like what do i need besides the air cone?

you need to make a custom piping off of the vaf that travels as far away from the engine and manifold to relocate the cone to a colder area of the engine bay.
