How do you get to the wiper motor on the Festivas? Do you have to take the dash out? The rod holding my driver wiper arm is loose, and it won''t wipe my windsheild clean at speeds higher than 50 mph. Has this happened to anyone else?

Its not the 10mm bolt holding the arm down thats loose. Its the assembly moving.--JeremieComment
