what does this look like? i had a leak from there, tried to tighten it and part of it busted off inside, the middle white part, i went to the auto parts store they sold me someting that looked completely diffrent and did fit when i had gotten the white part out. does any one have a picture of what one would look like. are there two parts to the drain plug? does any one know what i am talking about? thank you.

drain plug is one piece plus a gasket. nothing special about it other than maybe the integral wingnut. if what u put in is holding u should be ok.

I know this is an old thread..but is there anything special about the gasket? It looks like a rubber washer to me. I have the plug, but no gasket, so I need to get one to stop a small coolant leak that I have.Comment
