  • Will this work on my '89?

If I got some 15 x 6 wheels off an Altima, put some 195 50 15's on 'em, and put them on my '89 Festiva, would the work OK or would they rub n stuff?

Earlier ones are 4x4.5. Ive seen the wheels and I know they will fit.

Im running that size tire right now, you will need spacers on the back tires but those are cheap, just have to find someone that sells them, you are more then likely going to have to use a universal set. The front right rubs when I turn it sharp, but I think that has to do with the sideskirt being slightly off from square.

I love my 15's but if I had to buy new rims I would go with 14" rims because I think the 15's are alittle to big.

Thats what I wanted to do but it is getting harder to find the size of 14" tire that you want. I don't know why, but they are slowly being discontinued. Thanks alot for the info.

they are 195/45/14's.....that makes them stock height so u dont have to worry about ur speedo going all wacky on u. It's a pretty thin tire

The Toyo Proxes are available in that size 195/45/14. They are available at Onlinetires.com for about $68 each.
