Festiva '93 GL FI Auto w/AC (stock) Northern VA, USA 116K miles
Anyway, I just noticed that the (rubber) air duct that connects the MAF to the plastic air duct crossing the valve cover has got splits and cracks in the "bellows." One or 2 go straight through the rubber. Some are on the "lands" and some are in the "grooves." Is it possible to repair these? I went looking on car-part.com (used parts national) and the part isn't even one that is listed to request. All of the yards around here have gotten rid of their Festivas.
I was wondering if I would patch this thing with inner tube patches and cement or that liquid tape or that liquid rubber used on tool handles (plast-dip) ?
Any ideas? Anyone got one for sale?
