    anyone with some suggestion on how to remove a sparkplug thats seized in the head. got the other three out but no.1 wont move. even tried a 1/2 bar and socket. by looking at them i think the are the oringal plugs ags32c(93L with 40,000 ) thks ken

    have you tried putting some PB or liquid wrench down in there and letting it soak overnight?
    No festiva for me ATM...

      Like hatch said, PB Blaster is your friend.
      next day after hosing it down, try again, but no breaker bar

      No fun stripping the threads out.

      If its still dont budge, run the car just long enough to warm the head,
      try again. Still no go-- borrow an impact wrench, as those are less
      likely to strip threads or bust the plug than using that extra
      bit of pipe slipped over the socketwrench :wink:

        Yep, then when you put the new ones in, give them a nice coat of anti-sieze so you don't have the same problem next time.

          Anti-Seize, what would be the brand name for this product, i have to put four new sparkplugs in after i do a compression test anyways and i might as well do this whole thing right.

          1.3Liter 4 cylinder FI , OHC, FWD, 3DR, 4ST, Stud. Tires

            Perma tex makes some anti-seize.

              Allright thanks, better to know what im looking for than having to ask one of those canadian tire monkeys to find it.
