spark no run

89 fuel injected festiva, spark no run. plugs seem to be overly damp, fuel pump?

Check cap, rotor, wires. Make sure the air flow meter on top of the air filter is plugged in. Has the car been sitting long or was it running and this just happened?

Crank the engine a a few times and then remove the fuel pressure line to the fuel rail. If you get a spray then probably not the pump.
