My intake duct is all ripped up. If i cant find a festiva in the junk yard is there anything else i could pull one of these off of?

your not gonna find any other cars that are a direct fit for the duct... you might be able to make something work, but the festy intake duct is a piece of art... directs the incoming air over the exhaust manifold to heat it before it goes into the motor :lol: not the brightest engineering idea ever, but with a motor this small it probably doesn't make too much difference. Warlocke is right, duct tape is your best bet. If you really want a new one and can't find one at the yard I have one I'll sell ya for $10 plus shipping, but you don't really need it I don't thinkNo festiva for me ATM...

I might be tearing apart a festiva real soon since no one wanted it for the 150 bucks I was advertising it for. Hell if you came down right now I would give you the car :-) It is in much better shape than yours by the look sof your floor boards, only problem is it doesn't start (No spark).

It is very important to get this fixed ASAP. The rip is after the AFM. That tells the computer how much air is coming into the engine and that is used in figuring the amount of fuel to inject. With that tear you will be sucking air thru the hole and that air won't be metered. The car won't run right.
