  • valve cover bolts

hey i know this is in another topic but i figured id post here to where it will help someone else if needed.

What is the thread pitch, and length of the valve cover bolts, i snapped one and am just gonna replace them when i get a new gasket. shocking tho its not leaking lol.

im not lookin to buy used, tho it would prolly work i want to use grade 4-6 bolts so its not gonna snap easy.

    thanks

the manual shows to use sealant between the gasket and the valve cover in the groove. When I did the last one on my daily driver I didn't, maybe thats where my leak is coming from.

just make sure that you don't push the rubber out tighting it up, silicone will sometimes make it move around and also cause a leak
