1988 Festiva alternator wiring.

Ok I took my b3 engine out a while ago and instead of unclipping the alternator from the harness I cut the wires. I know what the thick white one is for. I have a thin black wire with a white stripe and a thin black wire with a red stripe both going to the alternator with the thick white wire. Thanks in advance guys.

the BLK/RED goes onto the L terminal(the vertical prong) and feeds the indicator light in the inst cluster. the BLK/WHITE goes onto the R terminal (horizontal prong) and goes through the 10A fuse to the ign sw. the L and R terminals are both in the same recepticle on the back of the alt.
