I Need Someones Help Badly

My 93 festiva suffered a huge electrical problem and now i have to replace the whole wiring harness for the car.... somewhere i either missed a wire or it just wasnt on the harness that i took out of another festiva.... can anyone help me????

well see my radio caused a short, and then my whole wiring harness went up in smoke and now i have to replace it, but i think i have everything hooked up, but it wont crank... i dont know if i am missing a wire or not... thanks for helping me, i really appreciate it

Is it a 5 speed or auto ??
Did you hook up the wire for the clutch switch if it is a stick .

Neutral safety switch for a automatic .

Do you have power to everything , but just no crank ?

Its an auto... yeah, at least i think i have everything hooked up... my seat belts went back once, but now they wont go back up the track... and i had power to everything, but just no crank...

Additional information such as 5spd or atx as well as any mods could be of help too.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but you have already replaced the harness, but can't get it to fire up?
Did you replace the fusible links and check all interior fuses, as a short could have taken them out!

Check all of you grounds , sounds like a connection somewhere .
Also check the wires going into the main box , drivers side inner fender , 3 fusible links there , One is the main power . might check this first , maybe a wire broke or came loose working on it .

Im sorry for not including that info.... i live in Franklin West Virginia, its 93, and an automatic, and i have everything hooked up, i replaced the harness, are there any differences in harnesses between different years? i checked all the fuses and all of them appear to be good, not one of them blown, but it just wont crank...

Fusible link is a wire that connects in the brown box on the inner fender , drivers side , if it is loose or corroded it will not have power , do a continuity test on them if you can.
It has 3 of them in it .

If you have any problems with the fusible link wires just upgrade them to the cartridges

i hate to be a burden, but can someone tell me where the neutral safety switch is?

I don't have automatic , but it should be hooked to the linkage or the lever device on your shifter , under the cover.

Where do you get the cartridges to replace the fusible links?
