fan staying on

I need your guys help my fan is staying on my car and it barley ever gets heat. I think a relay sticking would make it never shut off ?

check on the water neck there should be sensor screwed into the water neck with a blade connector on it. Make sure that connection is tight. If it is then the problem is probably that sensor, it acts as a thermostat for the fan... when the car is cold it grounds the connection, when it heats up it breaks the ground and that kicks the relay on. So anytime the connection is not grounded the fan will stay on. Hope that helps
