Couple of questions.

So I was changing the air filter lastnight and I noticed there is some oil in my ait intake. Not much on the filter, but in the hose before the little hoses split off. Any Idea where this is coming from? I got it all cleaned out, going to check today to see if it's back or if it was a one time thing.

Also, what is the little box right next to the pcv valve? It splits off the air intake, but I don't see any outlets, whats it there for if it doesn't go anywhere and can I get rid of it?
