hey guys i posted before about a rough idle in another topic but i cannot find that topic and have been up since bout 6:30am lol gonna take time to get used to work and school.
anyway my oil filter cap snapped on me while i was on the highway, yes i know how it sounds, but i put oil in it today, put cap on and stuff well comming home tonight i hear a thunk and pull over and look and part of the oil cap was on my tranny and the rest was no where to be seen, i must of dropped the other piece cause i cant find it.
but i stuck a rag in the hole (no pun intended) and it didnt seem to idle rough at all. so could that of been the cause of it? because i took the air box off that i cut up and put a stock one on and didnt help much. anyway going to bed so ill check in hte morning.
and wont be able to get a cap till tomm afternoon, luckly work is only about 3-4 miles from advance.
