I drove the car into the garage and rebuilt the motor. I now have no power to my Fuel pump. Checked the fuse and it is ok....Checked the reset button and it is in....anyone?
I have the same problem with Twinstiva. No fuel in the engine bay. Turns over real well though. Fuel lines have already been blown out clean when I cleaned up the fuel system and installed new tank.
I need to:
-check fuse
-check fuel pump
-check wiring between points to insure continuity
-check relay
Not necessarily in that order.

on an 89L, where is the relay? I have not found one? it is not like the newer vehicles that have a bank of them on the fenders? I am stumped. Fuses and all have been checked and no power with a tester at the plug to the pump.???
I assume your '89L is an automatic? If it's a manual, it's carbed and has a mechanical pump at the engine.
Your auto car will be FI and should be the same system as later FI models. You have three fusable links under the hood on the left side, a relay under the left dash, and I'm not sure where the fuse is. That's MY problem I will be working on.
Please note I don't know too much about this, or my '92L would be running right now.

It is under the left dash, thanks Karl. I got a new one & it works perfectly again. The original one was installed before they put in the dashboard, I don't recomend trying to remove it. Just tie wrap the new one to something up in there to keep it outta the way.
I have a 1989 Lx 4cyl A/T Air, I find three wires going to my fuel pump.
The ones I see online have two and some I see have six wires? Where can I find one for my three wire festy?
