A/C buzzing sound?

[Festiva GTX]

1992 Festiva L EFI with 1989 A/C factory setup.

I just charged on A/C system and seem the compressor wont spin for long time and quiting and there sick noise buzzing under the heat core case when A/C button is on.

What the hell buzzing sound was for? It's not compatible with system? :roll:

It's a sticking relay in the engine bay.
