  • seafoam question

I did a much needed valve adjustment, previous owner most likely never did one, they were way noisy, also the new plugs he put in were gapped too much, i am having a miss at idle unless i up the idle to 1100, am wondering if the valves caused carbon buildup, has anyone had sucess with seafoam :?: ...

We love seafoam here on FF.com. Just make sure you do it right, suck up about 2/3rds of the can through the vacuum off the intake, then turn off the car and let it sit for 30 minutes. Start it up and drive it like you stole it till it stops smoking.

I laugh every time I see that because it does look like it came from the car

It was a piece of a corn husk leaf , they had just picked the corn fields around here that weekend ,

I gave Redford a shot today. This was after I gave it a drink and let it sit for awhile. Went for a drive and its smoked pretty good for five miles or so then cleaned out.
