If your car is a death wish at that speed you need to fix it. Here is my vid. Not meant to prove top end but to show what RPM= What MPH. It was near 90 without any trouble at all. I have no reservation about it period. Cause I know the car is sound. Maybe packrat could get us a radar and put this argument to rest .

Getting that kind of air under the car seemed to be the problem, she wanted to fly ! I remember it vividly, turning needed to be a touch gentle, I think a spoiler would have helped alot.

I have 2 friends back in daytona, paul and mark, they both had digital speedos in their cars, I do not remember what kind, but since they were like siamese twins, they were the same. We all had cbs. One day, I drove to orlando where they were clubbing. On the way back, paul was in front of me, and mark behind. They were basically creating a draft for me, I do not think I could have made 113 without the help! I rang up about 100 pretty quick, was shortly to 105. We must have gone another 10 miles before they both said we had been at 113 for a few mins now. From that point(Deland), no matter what, 113 seemed to be the barrier.

I doubt that you could find a more level stretch of road than I-4 between orlando and daytona beach.....

I won't hesitate to do about 90, how do I know when I am doing 90 you ask? By the grin that spreads across my face as I start to crack 90
