The Descripition for the video states, "This rx-7's wheels fall off. Apparently what happened was that someone sent him the wrong lug nuts with the wrong threading. They seemed tight until they fell off! Happened on june 10, 2007 dixie autocross"

If the lug nuts were just hand tightened they would not have fallen off that fast. If they were the wrong size, all it would take is for one to come off, and then it would put stress on the other ones and then off they would come.
