As some may remember, I did my BP swap a little more than a month ago, and when I started the engine, disaster! The dreaded sound of rod knock showed its ugly face...So as some of you may have noticed, I haven't been around FF.com alot lately, mostly because I was seaching for a viable BP engine, plus all the little odds and ends to do it over again. Well today my friends, I finally pulled my knockin' BP out, and I decided to pull the oil pan out to see what was the cause of all that noise. What I've seen was shocking, at least to me, because the videos of disassembled knocking engines I've seen on the net didn't seem to have as much wear/play in the rod bearings! Needless to say I really got f@cked when I bought that supposedly "rebuilt" engine (previous owner said he'd put 5000km on it since the rebuild), so I end up with pretty much a whole spare engine for parts. Anyways, I'll let you guys be the judge:

Sorry about the Coronas on the top of the car...Just so you guys know, I'm not doing this swap drunk!!! ROFL!!! By the way, like I said, I have pretty much a whole BP ( except for the rods and crank, until I inspect them for damage) for spare parts, including the famous '93 Festy crank pulley, if anybody need anything. The left lane? Are you crazy!!! I never drive in the left lane...It's full of freaks driving the wrong way and charging right at you!!!
