Id say yes they are, they are common down under. I got some 323 mudflaps free last weekend that are a direct fit for a festiva in the front.

im glad i wasnt home when the wrecker came for my old blue. i really did not want it to go, 280000 odd miles on it. but was for a good cause, i got another one.
