on 9-10psi it would rip a bp festiva no sweat, when we had it on 5psi it felt about the same as any bp festy we ever built

I wonder how a b6 w/ ported head & an FMS cam/springs would do with 10psi. Standalone territory huh.

Nice to see someone else making a SOHC turbo! I've been gather parts for my early B6 SOHC turbo for a while. I hate log manifolds, so I'm going to go a little different route on the manifold side, but otherwise its going to be a similar setup. With a water injection, EGT, and wideband o2 I should be able to put down 12-14 without hurting anything.

This is what I've got for the manifold so far, in case anyone else has more time than me and would like to build one before I get to it:

          Current cars:
91L "Skeeter" 170k, Aspire brakes, G15, BP, Advancedynamics coil overs, etc. My first love.
          1990 Kawasaki Ninja 250 - my gas saver, 60+mpg - 40k
2004 MotoGuzzi Breva - my "longer range" bike - 17k

          FOTY 2008 winner!

I wonder how far off the honda D turbo manifold ports are vs mazda's. Take the aspire flange and put it on the ramhorn honda is what i mean. Perhaps this could be the answer for the B6D as well? If they could be rewelded, you could save time and $$$ just buying premade honda downpipe and exhaust systems. Dime a dozen stuff. If i get a ketchup manifold im going to look into buidling the rest of the exhaust with civic items to start with. My b3 doesnt deserve anything fancy.

the honda manifolds have wider spread ports. they are just a little to wide for the dual overhead cam engines but i know someone personally that bent the honda runners in and put one on a b6t. They are way to wide for the single cam engines tho..
