  • Festiva part out & funeral

Spent the day parting out a festiva. Then we crushed it. It had terminal cancer, so we harvested ever piece/organ that we could and sadly it passed.

    here is how it started

    Time progresstion pic's

Daniel(ogrestiva) Stated that he could stab throught the roof with 1 strike.

    He couldn't, I could

People want to smash the cracked windshield

Flip onto the side so we can access certain underside parts!

Festiva crushing. Some viewers may want to avert their eyes

BTW never piss off the guy with the heavy equipment...

I'll be posting things for sale in the aptly named "for sale" section soon.

Here is the owner sitting on the remains...

If you can't fix it with a hammer you have an electrical problem.

"so we harvested ever piece/organ that we could"

You call that a parts harvest ? Lots of good stuff left on that car, gone forever. You might have at least sawed off the cat. They were bringing about $100 this time last year.

Daniel took off the entire exhaust.

front hubs are now in another festy.

Only things i think were left were the old brake/fuel lines & the little panel on the passengerside fire wall.
Gas tank is set aside for when I convert my carby black car to FI... As i said not much left

the carpet was holding the floorboard & part of the seat in.

What was with the farewell abuse ? Couldnt you let it go to the grave with a little dignity ? Id expect that on YouTube but not from members.

I hope you dont need a shifter linkage bolt, or some rear wheel spindles, or a straight torsion beam, or a etc, etc, etc sometime. It will be hard to find and cost too much.

EVERYTHING on that car that we left was so rusted that it would not be safe to put on another vehicle! and the doors had so much rust on them that you could see the inside of the vehicle. The rust under the car was so bad that pieces fell off when we were driving it around the yard. The photo's didn't show it all, or how it looked after we finished stripping it completely.
