"Naked man" calls sound funny and entertaining, but cops know this sometimes indicates either psychosis inducing drugs or mental illness. Subjects take their clothes off because they think they are being infested with ants or bugs, or they are "burning up." Some drugs and of course, adrenaline can give them a lot of power so it takes a pig pile or multiple Tasing, sprays, blows to control them.

Younger, smaller people and females who are whacked out can be very difficult to handle, and pose a "PR" nightmare for the dept. Often, police admin who haven't "done the job" in ages don't understand or don't care about the street cops' predicament.

Many people who are whacked out don't feel pain either.
