I believe it because that looks like the same engine I see gokarts doing over 100 on easy, and the goped has got to be half the weight or more of the race karts.

Plus the fact that it has a 23,000 RPM range, he definetely could hold a hole shot for a 1/8th of a mile :-) no shifting hehe
