Sam ( owner/ founder of Dogfish Head brewery where I work ) and Frank brought a couple "punkin chunkin" catipults to work. The set up a giant toilet 100 yards away and started lauching 6 pack of swill beer into it. This lasted a while and they got board so they lauched a keg and took out one of the citys street lights. End of party

Yeah, it's not as if it was a sport, with gender differences in muscle being a factor. Although....in chess competition they have women's titles and trophies; the reason being to get women into the game (it's very heavily male-dominated). So maybe that's what they're thinking here.

also, with chess, gender plays a role in how agressivly the game is played and how moves are determined (chemical alterations in the brain between man and woman).

Believe me, women play tournament chess just as aggressively as men! As for determining moves, a good player lets the board situation tell him/her what move to make--I don't believe there is much if any difference between how men and women make move decisions, at a high level anyway. At low amateur levels, you might possibly see more gender variation, but I'm skeptical. As people get better, board experience tells them what to do. It's all about efficiency--one slightly inefficient move can cost a game.
