He's got a complete Capri xr2 drivetrain. Motor, trans, axles. Open down pipe. 1800 lbs. 9 lbs. of boost.

Mine b8me , 12a mitsubishi turbo. 1950 lbs. festiva trans, with suzuki swift 4 puck clutch, A/C (had to rub it in) 10 lbs. of boost. 15 inch heavy wheels.

It was a drivers race all night. Both cars are fast. I think if we weighed the exact same it would be dead even.

that vid of inside his car is VERY cool i love it, but if thats a stock motor on stock boost and nothing else done to it other than the open downpipe then i wonder what mine is gonna be like with: chipped computer running 15psi boost, bigger turbo, big FMIC and 2.5 inch piping, 2.5 inch mandral bent exhaust, miata cams, custom header and some other bits and bobs on it... im liking the sound of this

i got some slamm slicks but i dont know if even those will do it lol.... i think 1st gear will be totaly usless to try and put power donw lol... probley 2nd too and MABY 3rd....

Nah just stiffen the rear so it doesn't squat and you will be fine.

greg is right about stiffening the suspension , after i did my swap i picked up 4tenths in the quarter with springs and shocks..
