                      gotta love camera tricks
when he tells someone to clench their fists he points at them
that's when he changes his hand position
take a look at the before and after
                      1:10-1:14
look at his bicep and you will see he has changed hand position
                      the key is quick movement
                      rather simple trick
                      surprised noone else caught it

That was simple, now explain the card trick...
........... With a lever long enough and a place to stand, you could move the world..........

once you get the cards into sequence it's not that big a deal
                          for most of it anyway
watch closely as he "shuffles the cards" between each explanation
                          he never truly shuffles them
turns them upside down a few times
stacks them in his other hand then re-lays them down but never truly shuffles
the only thing i can't explain other than a shaved card is when he lets the girl cut them near the end
if you don't know what a shaved card is take a deck of cards and take a razorblade or other sharp knife and cut off just a small amount on all 4 sides
                          talking 1/32-1/16th of an inch
thus when u try to cut the cards your hand seems to naturally find that card which falls through leaving exactly the card u wanted on top
i'm sure there is a more technical way to explain it
all of this is just guessing to be honest
i have nowhere near the dexterity required to do such or to know for sure if i'm right
