Love the cutting corners on the ecu. Happy to see it fire up after all the theories. Looks to have come out just right so far. Id go to cartridge fuses and see if there is some draw over there. Hate to see a car bbq after you did all that stuff to it.

I figure the map is just right, when off boost it runs amazingly like super smooth powerful when it starts to boost its a handfull just needs some FMU tuning, a fuel press gauge, and a bigger fuel pump

What kind of in tank fuel pump could i put in? the FMU states i need 80 psi to make the FMU work, but i dont ever want to take it that high because dont injectors lock at that psi?

Just get a in tank walbro that should fit fine.

I use an rx7 turbo in-tank pump. I also added an inline 255 lph walbro.

What ratio FMU are you using? I used a 12:1.
12:1 @ 10 lbs of boost (12 per lb. x 10 lbs =120 psi) I have seen 140 psi on my fuel rail and never had the first issue with injectors. They can handle lots of pressure.

They cannot handle 100 % duty cycle.

If you plan on running more than 6 psi I'd add another fuel pump.

I'll gladly help if I can.

The BEGI FMU is linear, you can adjust it from 1:1 to i think 13:1 and anywhere inbetween with an adjustment screw. Im just going to start at 12:1 and lean it out when i get more confident and my AFR's allow me to.

thanks euro, i might be pm'ing you in the near future i had no idea injectors could handle that much psi, i thought they automatically locked.

Whats a good base PSI to have at idle? my thoughts are 40 psi.

that main fuse relay might be getting hot cuz something isn't grounded. Same thing happened to me except mine would actually smoke haha turned out, my postive line on the alternator was grounding out on the alternator case

so some weird bits about the car, the compression in each cylinder is only 100 psi im geussing the motor is really really low compression because of the piston size and head gasket missmatch... but other than that the car runs great!!!! its super fast the car cant hold traction in 3rd gear!!!!!!

my trans is a ticking time bomb... oh well.

Also my stock fuel pump seems to be handling the FMU ok, i saw 70 psi on the fuel press gauge at full boost with AFR"s at 11.2 i can lean it out abit when im braver.

I'd get that thing on the dyno. Cant imagine you are knocking yet but when you get brave you could. Timing advance not a boost number is what's going to make that thing fly thru the whole powerband.
