True, there was no AC button. However, on the under hood shot as soon as he opens it you can see the low side line wrapping around the strut next to the battery and going into the firewall. Then on the other side you can clearly see the idler pulley, belt and compressor. Before he closes the hood you can see him follow the low side line along the top rad support back to the other side. So definitely an AC car. Don't know where the switch is though, but one some other Mazda vehicles I have seen what appear to be provisions for a switch actuated by the same cable that controls the "fresh/recirc" door. So maybe the AC is activated by turning to "cold" and "recirc", similar to a lot of newer cars which don't even have labeled "recirc" setting, it is just called "max AC". Not sure of the details, but as best I can tell that car has all the AC stuff except the dash switch we are used to.No festiva for me ATM...
